Før Kimiya kom på besøk til oss i rekutteringsteamet i Telenor var det nok veldig mange ulike definisjoner på hva mangfold er, sikkert like mange som vi er på vårt team.
Gjennom to workshops med Kimiya har vi fått en felles forståelse for mangfold, og et bredere perspektiv på hva mangfold faktisk er. Samt hvordan vi kan jobbe med mangfold særlig knyttet til rekrutteringsprosessen for å bidra til Telenor Norges mangfolds- og inkluderingsmål.
Vår største bekymring i forkant av samarbeidet var nok det at vi ikke skulle få konkrete tiltak for veien videre, men det er nettopp det workshopene med Kimiya har gitt oss. Vi er nå aktivt i gang med å gjøre justeringer i rekrutteringsprosessen, og vi har fått en tydeligere felles retning for arbeidet med mangfold i teamet.
